Our story
IM Total Construction started with a simple frustration: too many building projects in and around Exeter dragged on for months longer than promised, with costs creeping up and communication falling apart along the way.
We set out to do it differently — smaller teams, direct communication, and a genuine commitment to finishing what we start on time and on budget. What began as a handful of small renovation jobs has grown into a full-service construction company handling everything from decking and landscaping to cladding, insulation and complete interior fit-outs across Devon, Cornwall and beyond.
Every project we take on, we build as if it were our own home. That’s not a slogan for us — it’s the standard we hold every job to, whether it’s a weekend patio or a hospital extension.
